Our Management Team consists of highly-seasoned environmental professionals, software development experts, and subject matter experts dedicated to delivering products and services that will live up to our mission of simplifying environmental compliance:    

Ralph Grant, CEO    
An experienced information technology executive with over 25 years of consulting and senior management roles. His experience includes the ground-up founding of two rapid growth systems integration firms. His most recent corporate role was President of the Systems Integration arm of Level 3 Communications. As an entrepreneur, Ralph founded and built an independently owned systems integration firm that was a pioneer in the development of client-server systems. He has spent the past five years in developing software solutions for the environmental industry. 

Ravi K. Bhaskar, Ph.D., VP Product Development
As both an environmental engineer and an information technology professional, Ravi joins Bedrock Technologies with over twenty years of experience in environmental data management. Previously, he operated an environmental analytical laboratory that analyzed over a million samples a year for water, wastewater, solid waste, and environmental remediation. He has written LIMS systems, statistical process control systems, and has consulted extensively on statistical analysis of groundwater at RCRA facilities. Ravi is an Oracle® certified Database Administrator (DBA) and holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Vadim Filippov, Ph.D.,  VP Engineering
Founder of several software development firms with an emphasis on building teams that stay abreast of and properly apply the latest methodologies and technologies. In addition to his role with Bedrock,  Vadim continues to lecture on a variety of information technology subjects at one of the leading technological universities.

Deborah Grant, Director, Business Development
30 years as an entrepreneur, community activist and industry leader at local, state and national levels. Originated and managed successful, rapid growth businesses in human resources field. Recognized by competitors and peers as a thought leader and industry icon, resulting in numerous citations, awards, and leadership roles. Debbie’s most recent entrepreneurial endeavor was the creation of the TPI Group, a professional employer organization consisting of a Benefits/Workers Comp/Risk Management division as well as a Temporary Employment division. Founded the Company and grew revenues  to in excess of $100M annually, competing in 41 states. The TPI Group was sold to Nova Care, Inc. in 1996,which IPOed in 1977.

David Haigh,  Internal Consultant
25 years of experience in the environmental field in both the public and private sectors. He has performed in the capacity of litigation defense, provided expert testimony, presented public seminars and performed as a criminal enforcement investigator for the US EPA.David is a highly experienced information technologist specializing in environmental software. He conceived, authored and developed HazTrack, a hazardous waste tracking software package. He was one of the first professional environmental engineers in the USA to graduate with that specialization.

Marie Congalosi
Certified Internet Marketing Professional with a proven record of accomplishment in designing and implementing online business solutions.  Experienced in directing the creation of marketing tools and steering the execution of proven marketing programs.  Marie possesses solid leadership skills in Internet Technology and Advanced Sales Training Certification.
